Josh Elsdon - FOUNDER
Josh brings a breadth of experience to Elevate Prospects. As a former stand out at Oak Bay Secondary, Josh went on to play for the University of Victoria Vikes, where the team won two Canada West silver medals and earned two trips to the National Final 8. Josh went on to coach at Oak Bay for 12 years, winning two provincial championships, and sending 10 of his players on to compete at the BC college, U Sport, and NCAA level. Elevate Prospects began with Josh's desire to shine a spotlight on Vancouver Island athletes and help them find the right school fit for their post-secondary experience.
